TRX Training

Our TRX Training classes are for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-register, first-served, so please register (currently to our Whatsapp number) at least 6 hours early.

TRX Push

Mondays                                 06.00 am – 07:00 am
05.00 pm – 06.00 pm                     06.30 pm – 07.30 pm

Focusing on the anterior (front) side of your body, the TRX Push workouts will train particularly your chest and triceps muscle groups.

TRX Pull

Tuesdays, Fridays                         06.00 am – 07:00 am
05.00 pm – 06.00 pm                     06.30 pm – 07.30 pm

Focusing on the posterior (back) side of your body, the TRX Push workouts will train particularly your back and biceps muscles.

TRX Leg

Our Leg Day is on Thursdays. Usually we expect none of those who join this class to be able to walk properly the day after. Typical.

Total Body Workout

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this short class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks.

 

Bootcamp

Saturdays

Welcome to your perfect weekend workout. During this 60-75-minute class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks. Every week is a different surprise!
